high security “rough” prison he is quietly moved to THE country club of all prisons! Breakfast in bed? Sure! Cable? TV. A private cell that is more like a luxury apartment. The Illuminati/Big Government/Big Business/Banking/Wall Street still owns us all. Accept it – it is not going to change. It will only get worse. Still, Gerald, I feel sorry for you. I’m sure you will never again NOT follow your own excellent advice. I do and do well. Follow your own advice!

the way they repaid JP Morgan. JP Morgan was the largest creditor of MF Global but they lost ZERO! When I see criminals such as Jon Corzine go to JAIL only then will believe America has been returned to its people. As a high profile wealthy elite unless you confess then almost insist you be put in prison they do NOTHING! How many suicides did Madoff cause? Dozens? YES?? Many only appeared in the obituary section. How many lives did he wreck? Thousands. Yes! And now after a brief PR stay at a

I always enjoy listening to Gerald Celente and believe he is a very astute investor. BUT I lost some confidence in him when he violated a cardinal rule of investing and much in life: “do as I say, not as I do”. He thought he could time the system with inside information concerning MF Global to gain a few extra points of profit.? He did NOT follow his own advice and lost a third of his fortune. He proved “he is one of us” by MFG not making him whole due to this “station in life” the way

Its disturbing how obvious FOX has become in their attempt to discredit G.Celente. “The guy started predicting Earthquakes an… and was crazy…” ( Hey, your a trends analyst also… aren’t ya Gerald!? We? want people to think your crazy too! )

  7. Vendetta042

Help me Ron Paul, you? are my only hope!

  8. noelsingletary

During the ENTIRE interview the interviewer never stuttered or stammered. At the end of the interview the interviewer says, “Gerald Celente, you are? so FFull of information. Thank you for being with us.” Seems to me he was about to say,”Gerald Celente, you are always so full of shit.” Hmmmm…I think Gerald is right and SWHTF soon.

Too much has been invested in keeping the system propped. They won’t allow it to unravel. Gerald is a smart dude, he has just been wrong about? so much

Celente was ripped? off.I saw that video of Alex interview with Celente.

  21. Bearkiller777

for anyone questioning what I? am saying go look up Celente on the Alex Jones channel when he talked about his investment in gold and what happened with him.

  22. Bearkiller777

Celente has it right though when he invested in the gold then tried to get it back he lost it. I just hope those who invest in gold won’t also lose? there investments like Celente did and get screwed over

  23. finefilth

  25. candles121

    I? agree

  26. Contessa Dent

Why didn’t the farmers give the? produce away. I mean instead of destroying it with so many starving people and all.

  27. AchmelvichIsAce

@ringworks in 1929 at first hoover’s government didn’t really intervene and things didn’t get better. It started to improve when FDR did the new deals, but it was only WW2 that really got? them out of the depression

  28. Kym Robinson

Check the 1921 depression and 1987 one to see? how quick the market bounces back when the Govt does not intervene.

  29. Kym Robinson

They destroyed the produce as part of State policy to keep the prices up.
This was a consequence of price fixing policies and not ‘capitalism’ or the farmers
themselves deciding that they should simply destroy food instead of giving it away.
Farmers were actually tried for producing ‘free’ food for themselves-their own families as well as for their local communities under inter state? commerce laws.
The Depression was a failure of policy. It was extended by artificial policy.

  30. Quinn Stelle

It is scary to think. But our country right? now is starting to be like we were in the twenties, we are just becoming greedier and greedier, and it may just drive us into another crash like it almost did 4 years ago.

  31. papillonaquatique

The food was? destroyed because no one could afford the gas to transport the food. If you leave food rotting it also creates a health hazard since it becomes nothing more than rotting garbage.

2:29 NOW THATS HOW YOU? OCCUPY WALL STREET.!!! .

  34. verdemanthe1

@njguitarnewbjk look at 1930 unemployment rate compared to now, keep in mind in 1930 they counted all unemployed(no unemployment insurance back then) now unemployment only accounts for those recieving unemployment benefits, wrap your? head around that and tell all your friends in class, also ask your teacher about the federal reserve bank(federal like federal express) and its effect on the economy if you push the issue youll probably get kicked out of class

  35. ManicRaider

Why commit suicide because you have little money? Bums live their lives without? having any money at all.

  36. ClassicHorrorDB

4:28 which “episode” of Felix the cat is? that?

  37. Ángel Parsifal

What are the songs? played? I’m interested in the suicides one.

  38. bonfirejovi

Hoover was a? staunch interventionist/ protectionist and had nothing to do with free markets. Smoot-Hawley is about as anti-free trade as you can get.

  39. bonfirejovi

Everyone was more prosperous in? the 20s than during the previous decade. Not like today where there is huge collusion between big business and big government.

  40. bonfirejovi

Destroying food so as to make farmers richer is crazy but it has nothing to do with free market capitalism. It was Hoover and FDR wanting to help out the farmers. This practice is carried on today with destruction of oranges so? as to keep the price of orange juice higher. These idiotic government measures lead to a lot of hunger. These are the faults of the mixed economy and government intervention. It is sickening and deeply offensive.

  41. CAinfowarrior

Federal Reserve Act + World War 1 + Stock Market Crash = Great Depression? 1930’s. Federal Reserve Act + Afghanistan/ Iraq + Housing Marking Crash = Great Recession 2010.

  42. lunchmeat400

    looks like 1997? usa.

  43. 2indulgent

interestingly, the Great Depression was preceded by a time of? great concentration of wealth and the rise of a super-rich class just like today’s economic downturn. But today’s super-rich make those of the 1920s look like paupers by comparison.
