Did you ferment this in a 5Gal water cooler jug? If so i’d actually advise against that since they’re typically made of #7 Plastics (recycling code). They contain? Lots of BPA’s and other chemicals that leech into your brew.
Lalvin D-47 is an all around good yeast for alcohol, you can get it online for about $0.60 per pack. bread-making yeast can give you some? weird flavors.
