    Good idea, thanks!?

Maybe you should? try taking a few cooking classes or going to a local farmers market and just sampling what they have to offer! Sometimes, if you aren’t used to eating healthy, it can seem really boring and uninspiring but if you make small changes, you might be able to get more into healthy eating!

You can really add? any type of fruit you want! I personally love to add blueberries or strawberries. Peaches, raspberries, pineapple, all work also!

Yep! The Blue Diamond brand actually has MORE calcium per serving than a glass of milk! There is a slight difference in taste but its not totally different. I would say its pretty much like milk except a lot healthier.. always get? the unsweetened kind!

I dont know for sure but I think they are either vegetarian or Vegan. I havent seen them? use a lot of meat in their past recipes.

Try? pure maple syrup too! I love it! 🙂

I love adding honey to Greek yoghurt, it makes it sweeter and so? yummy.

LOL more power to you! I try to eat it because of all claims stating how healthy it is you and sometimes you just have to sacrifice. I’ve never tried Grapefruit, maybe I’ll give it a try. Maybe I can put it in my Greak Yogurt, LOL… it might help, but I? highly doubt it.

Hahahaha that’s hilarious! I personally love Greek Yogurt but everyone has their own unique tastes. If you? hate it that much just go with something else healthy, like a grapefruit! If you peel the thin skin off then it actually tastes really good!

Thank you for the suggestions! ?

girlfriends…the only real greek yogurt in the states is sorry to say oikos is not greek yogurt…it is yes greek style? yogurt, yet still not strained as much as it should be. If I had to absolutely pick a brand that replicates greek yogurt the closest it would be either chobani or muller. Just an fyi. P.S. love perfect fit protein! keeps me much fuller than whey protein does post workout. wishing you much success!

I decided to try kale once since I found out about it from you girls, and actually got it from a local fruit and vegetable stand. Sadly, I could not stand the taste of it! It tasted so strong and mustardy that I couldn’t finish my salad. Any ideas on how to not have it taste so? strong and actually make it taste good?
